# Stonehill Technology: The holding subsidiary signed a General Pricing Agreement, expecting sales revenue of approximately 339 million yuan from 2026 to 2030

Stonehill Technology announced that its holding subsidiary, NiuMai Technology Co., Ltd., recently signed a General Pricing Agreement with a leading international automotive parts supplier. The agreement stipulates the provision of a certain model of "forward visual perception algorithm" to the client. According to the preliminary forecast data provided by the client, the expected sales revenue during the period from 2026 to 2030 is approximately RMB 339 million. This agreement will take effect from the date of signing and is expected not to generate revenue in the current year, nor will it have a significant impact on the company's operating performance for this year, but it will be beneficial for enhancing the company's business revenue in future years
