# DGKG: Chairman Wang Chong'en resigns due to job changes

Dongguan Holdings announced that the company recently received a written resignation letter from Chairman Mr. Wang Chong'en. Mr. Wang Chong'en applied to resign from his positions as Chairman, Director, and member of the Board's Strategic Committee, Nomination Committee, and Compensation and Assessment Committee due to work changes. After his resignation, he will not hold any position in the company. According to the provisions of the Articles of Association, the Chairman is the legal representative of the company. To ensure the normal operation of the company's business affairs, the company's 8th Board of Directors approved in its 46th meeting that Mr. Lin Yongsen, a director of the company, will temporarily perform the duties of Chairman and legal representative of the company, effective from September 28, 2025, until a new Chairman is elected
