# SPORTSOUL applied to MINSHENG BANK for a credit line of 40 million, with its subsidiary and actual controller providing guarantees

Qingdao Sanboshuo Health Technology Co., Ltd. announced the progress of credit and guarantee. In 2025, the company and its subsidiaries plan to apply for a comprehensive credit line of no more than 800 million from financial institutions, with the validity period until the date of the 2025 annual general meeting of shareholders. This time, the company applied for a comprehensive credit line of 40 million from the Qingdao branch of MINSHENG BANK, guaranteed by its wholly-owned subsidiary Haishuo Fitness and the actual controller Zhu Xilong, with no fees charged and no counter-guarantee required. As of the announcement date, the total amount of external guarantees provided by the company and its subsidiaries is 461 million, accounting for 43.67% of the most recent audited net assets, all of which are guarantees within the consolidated financial statements, with no overdue or other abnormal situations
