ZDDC announced that the company plans to acquire 133 million shares of ZHEJIANG PUBLISHING & MEDIA held by Zhejiang Publishing United Group Co., Ltd. through a non-public agreement transfer, accounting for 6.00% of the total share capital of ZHEJIANG PUBLISHING & MEDIA. The share transfer price is 8.82 yuan per share, with a total transfer price of 1.176 billion yuan. This transaction is subject to the approval of the company's shareholders' meeting and the approval of the higher-level competent authority for Zhejiang Publishing Group. Upon completion of the transaction, the company will hold 6.00% of the shares of ZHEJIANG PUBLISHING & MEDIA, becoming its second-largest shareholder
