# Ninestar: Vice President plans to reduce holdings of 0.02% of the company's shares

Ninestar announced that the company's deputy general manager Zhang Jianzhou holds 1.0114 million shares, accounting for 0.07%. Due to personal funding needs, he plans to reduce his holdings by no more than 252,900 shares, accounting for 0.02%, through centralized bidding or block trading within three months starting from 15 trading days after the announcement date, specifically from October 29, 2025, to January 28, 2026
