# SNOWMAN GROUP: Director Chen Hui resigns for personal reasons

SNOWMAN GROUP announced that the company's board of directors received a written resignation letter from non-independent director Chen Hui, who resigned from his position due to personal reasons. The resignation letter takes effect from the date it is delivered to the board of directors. After resigning, Chen Hui will no longer hold any position in the company or its subsidiaries. The employee representative assembly elected Dai Minhong as the employee representative director of the sixth board of directors, with a term until the sixth board of directors' term expires
