\*ST Hifuture Technology announced that the company is publicly listing the transfer of 30% equity in its holding subsidiary, Peak Intelligence, through the Chongqing United Property Rights Exchange. According to the assessment, the net asset book value of Peak Intelligence's total equity is 5.55 million yuan, with an assessed value of 14.1917 million yuan. The company's proposed transfer base price is 5.1 million yuan, with the final price subject to actual transaction conditions. As of the announcement date, Peak Intelligence has completed the industrial and commercial change procedures for the equity transfer, and Peak Intelligence will no longer be included in the company's consolidated financial statements, with the company still holding 21.7241% of its equity. The counterparty for this transaction is Chongqing Dongshu Tongxin Technology Co., Ltd., and the transaction price is 5.1 million yuan
