According to the announcement from Zhitong Finance APP, Shuanglu Pharmaceutical (002038.SZ) stated that its associate company CF PHARMTECH (02652) is expected to officially list on the Stock Exchange on October 8, 2025. According to the global offering prospectus of CF PHARMTECH, it will offer 41.198 million shares in this global offering, with a sale price of HKD 14.75 per share
