智通財經 APP 訊，高視醫療 (02407) 公佈，公司附屬公司上海高視明望醫療器械有限公司於近日正式與 Schwind eye-tech-solutions GmbH(德國 Schwind 公司) 續簽獨家代理協議，繼續負責中國市場 (含中國大陸地區、中國香港特別行政區及中國澳門特別行政區) 的銷售、推廣及相關服務工作。德國 Schwind 公司作為公司最重要的供應商合作伙伴之一，自 2009 年首次合作以來雙方穩定合作已逾 16 年。本次獨家代理協議的續簽，進一步彰顯雙方長期穩定的戰略互信關係，對於鞏固集團在中國屈光手術設備市場的競爭優勢具有重要意義。
