智通財經 APP 訊，當代置業 (01107) 發佈截至 2024 年 6 月 30 日止六個月之未經審核合併中期業績，該集團取得收益 10.04 億元，同比減少 69.88%;公司擁有人應占虧損 37.94 億元，同比增加 278.42%;每股基本虧損 135.7 分。

公告稱，收益減少主要由於交付面積減少，物業銷售的收益同比減少約人民幣 23.23 億元。
