# 港通控股附屬以 1440.14 萬美元向 Industry Ventures 出售權益

智通財經 APP 訊，港通控股 (00032) 發佈公告，於 2025 年 9 月 30 日 (美國時間)，PCL(本公司的間接全資附屬公司) 與 Industry Ventures 訂立協議，內容有關以總初始購買價 1440.14 萬美元 (相當於約 1.12 億港元)(可按下文所述予以調整) 向 Industry Ventures 出售權益 (PCL 於合夥企業 1 及合夥企業 2 的投資)。
