希慎興業 (00014.HK) 公佈，全資附屬公司廣運於 10 月 3 日與非執行董事利乾妻子周學意旗下的 Sharp Focus Limited 訂立協議，以代價 5,639 萬元出售半山堅尼地道住宅項目竹林苑一個單位，實用面積約為 2,191 平方尺。

同日，廣運亦與公司主席利藴蓮兒子 Nicolas Hugh Ingram 訂立協議，向其出售竹林苑兩個單位，實用面積分別為 1,451 及 1,503 平方尺，總代價 7,723 萬元。由於二人均為公司的關連人士，因此構成根據上市規則的關連交易。
