# 復興亞洲接獲聯交所函件 載列三項復牌指引

> 復興亞洲接獲聯交所函件，列出復牌指引，包括髮布未刊發的財務業績、證明遵守上市規則及發佈重要資訊。若未能在 2027 年 1 月 2 日前恢復股份交易，聯交所將建議取消其上市地位。公司股份自 7 月 2 日起暫停買賣，直至另行通知。

復興亞洲 (00274.HK) 公佈，於上週五 (3 日) 自聯交所接獲函件，當中載列有關公司復牌指引，包括刊發所有上市規則要求而未刊發的財務業績及解決任何審核修訂；證明遵守上市規則第 13.24 條；刊發一切重要資訊，以供股東及投資者評估公司之狀況。

根據上市規則第 6.01A(1) 條，聯交所可取消已連續暫停買賣 18 個月期間之任何證券之上市地位。就公司而言，該 18 個月期間於 2027 年 1 月 2 日屆滿。倘公司未能補救導致其暫停買賣之事宜，履行復牌指引，以及全面遵守上市規則且獲聯交所信納，以及於 2027 年 1 月 2 日前恢復其股份於聯交所買賣，則聯交所上市科將建議聯交所上市委員會進行取消公司之上市地位。根據上市規則第 6.01 及 6.10 條，於適當情況下，聯交所亦有權施加較短之具體補救期。

公司股份已於 7 月 2 日起於聯交所暫停買賣，並將繼續暫停買賣，直至另行通知為止。
