# BOFAY: Plans to sell the equity of its wholly-owned subsidiary for 38.5225 million yuan

BOFAY announced that the company will transfer 100% equity of its wholly-owned subsidiary BOFAY New Energy to Haining Economic Development Company for a price of 38.5225 million yuan. After the completion of this transaction, BOFAY New Energy will no longer be included in the company's consolidated financial statements. This transaction is beneficial for further integrating the company's resources and expanding the market for the company's new energy business
