# JZEG: Completed the acquisition of 49% equity in Xilin Energy

JZEG announced that the company has recently completed the relevant industrial and commercial change registration and filing procedures for the acquisition of 49% equity in Jingneng Xilin Gol Energy Co., Ltd. This acquisition gives the company a 49% stake in Xilin Energy, and Fengfeng Group no longer holds any equity in Xilin Energy
