The total amount of funds raised from the reduction is 37.1215 million yuan; there are 115,000 shares of repurchased shares available for maintaining the company's value and shareholder rights. The total amount of this reduction plan does not exceed 592,400 shares, with the reduction period from August 29, 2025, to February 28, 2026
