# JINGYI INC.: 29.99996% of shares held by the controlling shareholder were judicially auctioned

JINGYI INC. announced that its controlling shareholder Nantong Sanjian Holding Co., Ltd. has 75,184,700 shares of the company judicially auctioned, accounting for 29.99996% of the company's total share capital. The auction bid result was 1.086 billion yuan, won by Sichuan Xingdong Investment Group Co., Ltd. Currently, the auction result still needs to be confirmed by a ruling from the People's Court of Haimen District, Nantong City, Jiangsu Province, and there are certain uncertainties in the subsequent processes involving payment, equity transfer, and other aspects. If this auction is completed, Sanjian Holding will no longer hold shares in the company, and the company's controlling shareholder and actual controller will change
