# ST QHHD's actual controller plans to transfer company shares by agreement, and trading will be suspended starting October 13

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, \*ST QHHD (600243.SH) announced that on October 10, 2025, it received a notification from the company's actual controller, Mr. Wang Feng, indicating that he is planning to transfer the company's shares through an agreement, which may lead to a change in the company's control. The company's stock will be suspended from trading starting October 13, 2025 (Monday), with the suspension expected to last no more than 2 trading days
