# YNHC: Wholly-owned subsidiary plans to transfer 100% equity of Yumei Digital Port for 52 million yuan

Yuneng Holdings announced on October 10th that in order to further focus on the coal trading main business and concentrate advantageous resources to develop core main business, its wholly-owned subsidiary Henan Coal Storage and Distribution Trading Center Co., Ltd. intends to transfer its 100% equity in Henan Yumei Digital Port Technology Co., Ltd. to Henan Investment Group Engineering Management Co., Ltd. at a transfer price of 52 million yuan. After this transfer, Yumei Digital Port will no longer be included in the company's consolidated financial statements. Since the transferee, the Engineering Management Center, is a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company's controlling shareholder Henan Investment Group Co., Ltd., this equity transfer constitutes a related party transaction
