# NANCAL: Plans to issue A-shares to specific targets

NANCAL announced that the company will hold a board of directors and supervisory board meeting on October 10, 2025, to review and approve the proposal for the issuance of A-shares to specific targets for the year 2025. The matters described in the proposal are subject to approval by the company's shareholders' meeting, review by the Shanghai Stock Exchange, and registration approval by the China Securities Regulatory Commission before implementation
