# 目前全國房地產白名單項目貸款的審批金額已超 7 萬億元

> 住房城鄉建設部副部長董建國在新聞發佈會上表示，目前全國房地產白名單項目貸款的審批金額已超過 7 萬億元，實施項目白名單制度有力保障了商品住房項目的建設和交付。

住房城鄉建設部副部長董建國在國新辦舉行的 “高質量完成 ‘十四五’ 規劃” 系列主題新聞發佈會上表示，房地產融資協調機制以城市為單元，實施項目白名單制度。目前全國白名單項目貸款的審批金額已經超過了 7 萬億元，有力保障了商品住房項目建設交付。
