# The judicial auction of 30 million shares held by the controlling shareholder of GOLDEN DRAGON has results

On September 15, 2025, GOLDEN DRAGON disclosed a notice of judicial auction of shareholder shares. From October 12 to 13, 30 million shares held by the controlling shareholder New Century Company were publicly auctioned on the JD.com judicial auction platform. The results showed that Chen Ruiyue, Wang Meier, Shi Youjun, and Chengdu Jinyao No. 1 Enterprise Management Partnership, among others, won multiple auctions of 3 million shares, with transaction prices ranging from 36.83445 million to 39.33445 million yuan. Successful bidders are required to pay the remaining amount and complete the procedures as required, with the transaction subject to the court's ruling, which carries uncertainty. Shares cannot be reduced within six months after the transfer. The shares involved in this transaction are expected not to affect the company's management. If all shares are transferred, New Century Company will still be the controlling shareholder, and Yang Zhimiao will remain the actual controller. The company will disclose updates in a timely manner
