# GLORIA PHARMA: Provides guarantees for 40 million bank credit for two wholly-owned subsidiaries

In 2025, the seventh board of directors of Harbin GLORIA PHARMA Co., Ltd. approved a proposal to provide guarantees for the application of comprehensive bank credit by its wholly-owned subsidiary companies. The guaranteed parties are Guangzhou Yudong Health Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. and Harbin Laibotong Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. As of June 30, 2025, Yudong Pharmaceutical has assets of 354.2715 million yuan and net assets of 306.2614 million yuan; Laibotong has assets of 102.2375 million yuan and net assets of 39.9349 million yuan. The company provides joint liability guarantees for Yudong Pharmaceutical's 30 million yuan comprehensive credit from China Merchants Bank Guangzhou Branch and Laibotong's 10 million yuan comprehensive credit from Shanghai Pudong Development Bank Harbin Branch. After this guarantee, the total amount of guarantees provided by the company for its controlling and wholly-owned subsidiaries reaches 40 million yuan, accounting for 2.06% of the audited net assets attributable to shareholders of the listed company for 2024, with no overdue or other guarantee risks
