# Jinhe Biotechnology plans to raise no more than 300 million yuan through a simplified procedure for private placement

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Jinhe Biotechnology (002688.SZ) disclosed a plan to issue A-shares to specific targets through a simplified procedure for the year 2025. The company intends to issue shares to no more than 35 specific targets (inclusive), with the issuance price not lower than 80% of the average stock price of the company over the twenty trading days prior to the pricing benchmark date. The number of shares issued will be determined by dividing the total amount of funds raised by the issuance price, and will not exceed 30% of the company's total share capital before this issuance.

The total amount of funds raised from this issuance is expected to not exceed 300 million yuan (inclusive), and after deducting issuance costs, all funds will be used for the expansion of sewage treatment capacity and the upgrading and expansion project of water resource recycling, the construction project of new product warehouses (grain storage), and to supplement working capital
