# KINGLAND: The controlling shareholder has extended the pledge of 13 million shares

KINGLAND announced that its controlling shareholder, Shanghai Kingland Smart, has extended the pledge of 13 million unrestricted circulating shares, accounting for 11.76% of its holdings and 2.50% of the company's total share capital. After the extension, the pledge maturity date will be April 10, 2026. This pledge extension does not involve significant asset restructuring or performance compensation obligations. As of the date of this announcement, Shanghai Kingland Smart holds a total of 111 million shares in the company, accounting for 21.24% of the company's total share capital, of which the number of pledged shares is 55 million, accounting for 49.75% of its holdings and 10.57% of the company's total share capital
