# NFC: Jack Ma resigns as non-independent director

NFC announced that the company's board of directors received a written resignation application from non-independent director Ma Yindai. Ma Yindai applied to resign from the position of non-independent director due to adjustments in the company's governance structure but will continue to hold other positions within the company. Mr. Ma holds 203,300 shares of the company. The company will hold a staff representative meeting on October 15, 2025, to elect Mr. Ma as the employee representative director of the company's 10th board of directors, with a term until the expiration of the 10th board's term
