智通財經 APP 訊，中國軟件國際 (00354) 發佈公告，公司於 2025 年 10 月 15 日獲接其主要股東、主席兼執行董事陳宇紅博士通知，陳博士已於 2025 年 10 月 15 日在公開市場購入合共 100 萬股公司普通股，有關平均價格約為每股股份 5.8125 港元，有關總金額約為 581.25 萬港元。根據股權增加所收購的普通股總數相當於公司於本公佈日期已發行股份總數約 0.04%。於緊隨股權增加後，陳博士持有 319,988,861 股股份，相當於公司於本公佈日期的已發行股份總數約 11.71%。
