智通財經 APP 訊，雲跡 (02670) 公佈配發結果，公司全球發售 690 萬股 H 股，香港公開發售佔 20%，國際發售佔 80%。每股發售價 95.6 港元，全球發售淨籌約 5.933 億港元。每手 50 股，預期 H 股將於 2025 年 10 月 16 日 (星期四) 上午九時正 (香港時間) 開始在聯交所買賣。

其中，香港公開發售獲 5657.20 倍認購，國際發售獲 18.62 倍認購。
