According to Tianyancha's business information, recently, Beijing Bloomage Biotech Co., Ltd. changed its registration status from active to canceled. Previously, the company had issued a simple cancellation announcement. The company was established in September 2021, with Zhao Ming as the legal representative, a registered capital of 10 million RMB, and its business scope includes the sale of paper products, daily necessities, sanitary products, cosmetics, etc., with C&S and Bloomage Biotech holding 51% and 49% of the shares, respectively
