# 中國海外發展附屬擬發行不超過 30 億元中期票據

> 中國海外發展的全資附屬公司中海企業發展集團有限公司計劃在中國發行不超過 30 億元的中期票據。該票據分為兩種，第一種為 10 億元，期限 3 年；第二種為 20 億元，期限 5 年。兩種票據均可進行回撥，最終發行規模將在全國銀行間債券市場上市。

智通財經 APP 訊，中國海外發展 (00688) 公佈，公司的一家全資附屬公司中海企業發展集團有限公司將在中國發行 2025 年度第三期中期票據。中期票據共設兩個品種發行，品種一初始發行規模為人民幣 10 億元，發行期限為 3 年期﹔品種二初始發行規模為人民幣 20 億元，發行期限為 5 年期。兩個品種均附有品種間回撥選擇權，回撥比例不受限制，兩個品種的最終發行規模合計不超過人民幣 30 億元，並於全國銀行間債券市場上市。
