# GENFLEET-B: Fully exercised the over-allotment option, stabilization period ends

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, GENFLEET-B (02595) announced that the exclusive sponsor and overall coordinator (for itself and on behalf of the international underwriters) has fully exercised the overallotment option described in the prospectus on October 16, 2025, involving a total of 13.386 million H shares, accounting for approximately 15% of the total number of shares available for subscription under the global offering before any overallotment option is exercised (after taking into account the full exercise of the greenshoe option). The overallotment shares will be issued and allocated by the company at HKD 20.39 per H share. The overallotment shares will be used to cover the excess allocation of the international offering. In addition, the stabilization period for the global offering ended on October 16, 2025 (the 30th day after the deadline for submitting applications for the Hong Kong public offering)
