According to the Zhitong Finance APP, SHAONENG (000601.SZ) announced that its shareholder Shenzhen Zhaowei Hengfa Energy Co., Ltd. ("Shenzhen Zhaowei") plans to reduce its holdings of the company's shares by a total of 31.4441 million shares through block trading and centralized bidding from November 10, 2025, to February 9, 2026, accounting for 3.00% of the capital after excluding the shares in the company's repurchase special account as of the completion date of the repurchase
