# The China Securities Regulatory Commission has approved the IPO registration of South Network Digital Shenzhen Stock Exchange

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, on October 17, the China Securities Regulatory Commission issued a reply approving the initial public offering registration of Southern Power Grid Digital Grid Research Institute Co., Ltd. It is reported that Southern Power Grid Digital plans to be listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange, with CMS as its sponsoring institution, aiming to raise 2.55446 billion yuan.
