# Change of President at ZYBANK

ZYBANK (01216.HK) announced that due to work adjustments, the bank's president Liu Kai will no longer serve as president, effective October 17, 2025. After resigning, Liu Kai will not hold any position at the bank.

On the same day, the board of directors approved the appointment of Zhou Feng as the bank's president and proposed his appointment as an executive director of the third board of directors. Zhou Feng's qualification to serve as president is subject to approval by the Henan Regulatory Bureau of the National Financial Supervision and Administration. The proposed appointment must be approved by the shareholders at the bank's general meeting and also requires approval of his qualifications by the Henan Financial Regulatory Bureau to take effect
