# 藥捷安康-B 擬實行 H 股全流通

> 藥捷安康-B 計劃於 2025 年 10 月 20 日向中國證監會申請，將 10 名股東持有的 4497.11 萬股內資股轉換為 H 股，佔已發行股份總數的約 11.33%。該轉換需獲得相關批准後，符合在聯交所主板上市及交易的資格。

智通財經 APP 訊，藥捷安康-B(02617) 發佈公告，於 2025 年 10 月 20 日，公司董事會已考慮及批准向中國證監會提交申請，將公司 10 名股東持有的 4497.11 萬股公司內資股轉換為公司 H 股，佔公司於本公告日期已發行股份總數約 11.33%。於取得所有相關批准 (包括中國證監會及聯交所的批准) 並遵守所有適用法律、法規及規則後，該等內資股將轉換為 H 股，並符合資格於聯交所主板上市及買賣。
