# 迪生創建主席變更

> 迪生創建宣佈，潘廸生將從集團執行主席及執行董事等職位退任，變更於 10 月 20 日董事局會議後生效。潘廸生將繼續支持集團，並被任命為投資委員會成員及主席。集團首席營運官潘冠達將負責所有業務管理，執行董事陳漢松將接任代理主席及提名委員會主席。

迪生創建 (00113.HK) 公佈，潘廸生已決定從集團執行主席及執行董事和提名委員會主席等職位退任，緊隨 10 月 20 日 (今日) 董事局會議結束後生效。潘廸生將繼續支持集團，董事局已委任潘廸生為公司投資委員會之成員及主席，同日起生效。

集團首席營運官及執行董事潘冠達將負責集團所有業務管理，連同集團業務日常運作，而執行董事陳漢松將接任集團代理主席職位，及提名委員會主席一職，均緊隨同日董事局會議結束後生效。
