TUS-EST announced that its holding subsidiary Kunming Dianqing Biotechnology Development Co., Ltd. received an "Administrative Penalty Decision" issued by the Kunming Ecological Environment Bureau for discharging water pollutants in a manner that evades regulation, with a fine of RMB 267,000. The fine has been fully paid, and it has not had a significant impact on the company's production and operations. The company will enhance environmental awareness and strengthen internal management and control levels to protect the interests of the company and its investors
