# HAILIANG's 2025 semi-annual equity distribution, cash dividend of 221 million yuan

HAILIANG announced that the equity distribution plan for the first half of 2025 is based on 2.211 billion shares after deducting repurchased shares, with a cash dividend of 1 yuan for every 10 shares to all shareholders, resulting in a total cash dividend of 221 million yuan. No bonus shares will be issued, and no capital reserve will be converted into share capital. The equity registration date is October 28, 2025, and the ex-dividend date is October 29. The company has entrusted China Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation Limited Shenzhen Branch to distribute cash dividends to A-share shareholders, while some shareholders' cash dividends will be distributed by the company itself
