# Hwaway Technology plans to establish two subsidiaries in Germany to operate the spring products business

According to the announcement from Hwawei Technology (001380.SZ), the company plans to invest its own funds or self-raised funds through its wholly-owned subsidiary Hwawei Supply Chain (Hainan) Co., Ltd. (“Hwawei Hainan”), which will invest a total of no more than 20 million euros in two German subsidiaries, Jinsheng Holding Germany GmbH and Jinsheng Federn Germany GmbH, through (“Hwawei Investment Hong Kong”). The funds will be used for the research and development, production, and sales of spring products in Germany, and the use of funds includes but is not limited to purchasing land, equipment, constructing factories, directly purchasing existing target assets, daily operating expenses, etc
