# BATIAN plans to distribute dividends in the first half of 2025

BATIAN announced that the company's 2025 semi-annual equity distribution plan has been approved by the board of directors. Based on the existing total share capital of 967,669,957 shares, a cash dividend of 1.60 yuan will be distributed for every 10 shares to all shareholders, with no bonus shares issued and no capital reserve converted into share capital. If there are changes in share capital, adjustments will be made according to the principle of "fixed cash dividend ratio."
