# SPG's controlling shareholder plans to reduce its holdings by no more than 1%

According to the announcement from Zhitong Finance APP, SPG (000029.SZ) has recently received a letter from its controlling shareholder, Shenzhen Investment Holdings Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Shenzhen Investment"), regarding the plan to reduce its holdings in SPG. Shenzhen Investment plans to reduce its holdings in the company through centralized bidding within three months after the announcement date, starting from 15 trading days after the disclosure (i.e., from November 11, 2025, to February 10, 2026), with a total reduction not exceeding 10.1166 million shares (i.e., not exceeding 1% of the company's total share capital)
