# Yiheda shareholders Zhong Fuhui and Zhong Ruihui plan to reduce their holdings by no more than 2%

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Yiheda (301029.SZ) announced that the company recently received a "Shareholder Reduction Plan Notification Letter" from its shareholders Shanghai Zhongfuhui Enterprise Management Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Zhongfuhui") and Shanghai Zhongruihui Enterprise Management Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Zhongruihui"), intending to reduce their holdings in the company. Zhongfuhui and Zhongruihui plan to reduce their holdings of the company's shares by a total of no more than 12.6841 million shares, or no more than 2% of the company's total share capital, through centralized bidding or block trading within three months after 15 trading days from the date of this announcement
