# RoadRover Technology: Executive Jiang Fucai plans to reduce holdings by 0.04%

RoadRover Technology announced that the general manager and executive Jiang Fucai, who holds 191,900 shares, intends to reduce his holdings by 47,975 shares through centralized bidding within three months after the announcement is disclosed 15 trading days later, accounting for 0.04% of the company's total share capital. The shares to be reduced are sourced from shares held prior to the company's initial public offering
