YAWEI announced that Chairman Leng Zhibin reduced his holdings of the company's shares by 3.46 million shares through centralized bidding from October 20 to 21, 2025, accounting for 0.64% of the company's total share capital, with an average reduction price of 10.18 yuan/share; after the reduction, he holds 10.3893 million shares, accounting for 1.91%. Previously, he planned to reduce his holdings by no more than 3.4623 million shares, and this reduction has completed his reduction plan
