# 《異動》藥捷安康初段炒高 16%  日前建議實行 H 股全流通

藥捷安康-B(02617.HK) 今早 (22 日) 低開 2.1% 後轉勢急升，現報 201.2 元，升 16.5%，成交 5.29 億元。

集團週一宣佈，董事會已考慮及批准向中證監提交申請，將公司 10 名股東持有 4,497 萬股內資股轉換為 H 股，佔公司目前已發行股份總數約 11.33%。於取得所有相關批准後，該等內資股將轉換為 H 股，並符合資格於聯交所主板上市及買賣。根據公司章程，毋須再召開股東大會批准轉換及上市。

該股於 6 月下旬上市，截至 6 月底止半年尚未錄得收入，虧損 1.23 億元人民幣，對上財年蝕 1.6 億元人民幣。該股曾在掛牌不足三個月累飆逾 50 倍，9 月中旬股價曾高見 679.5 元，市值一度逾 2,000 億元，甚至超越醫藥藍籌中生 (01177.HK) 及石藥 (01093.HK)，隨後急挫。
