# GCORE: Cancelled 826,480 shares of granted but unvested restricted stock

GCORE announced that on October 21, 2025, the company's second board of directors held its fifteenth meeting and passed relevant proposals, deciding to cancel a portion of the granted but unvested restricted stock. Among them, 446,480 shares were canceled from the initial grant due to the departure of incentive targets and failure to meet vesting conditions; 380,000 shares were canceled from the reserved portion due to the departure of incentive targets and voluntary waivers. A total of 826,480 shares were canceled this time. This cancellation will not have a significant impact on the company's operations, nor will it affect team stability and the implementation of the incentive plan
