# TOND: The controlling shareholder pledged 14 million shares and released 14.2 million shares from pledge

TOND announced that its controlling shareholder, actual controller, and director Zhang Yunsheng pledged part of his shares and released part of the share pledge. On October 21, 2025, Zhang Yunsheng pledged 14 million shares, accounting for 17.49% of his holdings and 3.48% of the company's total share capital, with the pledgee being Shanxi Huaxin Fertilizer Co., Ltd., for debt repayment; on October 22, he released 14.2 million shares from pledge, accounting for 17.74% of his holdings and 3.53% of the company's total share capital, with the pledgee being Shanxi Securities Co., Ltd. As of the announcement date, Zhang Yunsheng had cumulatively pledged 49.48 million shares, accounting for 61.81% of his holdings and 12.32% of the company's total share capital. The shares pledged that will mature in the next six months and one year are all 35.48 million shares, corresponding to a financing balance of 55 million yuan
