# Dengyun Stock: Controlling shareholder's 803,900 shares sold at judicial auction

Dengyun Stock announced that the 803,879 shares held by its controlling shareholder Yike Ruihai will be sold at a judicial auction on October 22, 2025, with the bidder being Jin Peijun and the transaction amounting to 16.4883 million yuan. Due to the failure to complete the transfer, Yike Ruihai currently holds 32,603,013 shares, accounting for 23.63% of the total share capital. If the transfer is completed, his holdings will be reduced to 31,799,134 shares, accounting for 23.04%, still making him the controlling shareholder, with no change in the actual controller. The results of the subsequent stages of this auction remain uncertain
