# CHALKIS Health: Bangyin Financial Leasing transfers leasing assets to New Momentum Financing Leasing

Zhongji Health announced that the company recently received a "Notice of Transfer of Leased Assets." Bangyin Financial Leasing has transferred all its claims, related rights, and guarantee rights under the leasing contract against the company's subsidiary, Hongse Fanqie, and Zhongji Tianxing to New Kinetic Energy Financial Leasing, and the ownership of the leased assets has also been transferred to the latter. Previously, Hongse Fanqie and Zhongji Tianxing engaged in sale-leaseback transactions with Bangyin Financial Leasing, with the company and Liu Shi State-owned Assets Company providing guarantees. This transfer changes the lessor of the subsidiary and the creditor of the "Guarantee Contract," but it does not have a significant adverse impact on the company's production and operations
