智通財經 APP 訊，鉅子生物 (02367) 公佈，董事會接獲公司控股股東 Juzi Holding Co.,Ltd(Juzi Holding) 通知，基於對公司未來發展的強烈信心，為促進公司持續、穩定、健康發展，維護廣大公眾投資者利益，於本公告日期，Juzi Holding 於市場內合共購入 50 萬股公司股份，本次增持金額合計約為 1930 萬港元 (不包括佣金及其他開支)。自 2025 年 6 月 9 日發佈增持計劃後，截至本公告日期，Juzi Holding 於市場內共購入 366.66 萬股公司股份，增持金額合計約為 1.784 億元港幣 (不包括佣金及其他開支)。緊隨本次增持後，於本公告日期，JuziHolding 合共持有公司 584,771,535 股股份，佔公司已發行總股數的 54.61%。JuziHolding 可能會根據市場狀況和適用的監管要求，不時進一步增持公司股份。
